THE ROLE

We have a full time position available for a Solicitor to work in our Parramatta office. You will have the opportunity to work across all areas of Personal Injury Law, with a focus on worker's compensation, work injury damages, and common law matters. We offer competitive remuneration commensurate with experience. 

You will be handling matters from start to finish, with carriage over the matters, the ability to decide on strategy and approach, and conferences with clients and counsel all with the assistance of a strong support system.

THE CANDIDATE 

We are looking for candidates that possess the following:

• NSW Supreme Court admission as a lawyer, a practicing certificate can be obtained on commencement of employment;
• 0 to 3 years post admission experience in plaintiff Personal Injury law;
• Previous Personal Injury experience is highly desirable;
• The ability to work autonomously, the successful candidate will have carriage over their own matters;
• The ability to draft legal documents in a concise and effective manner;
• The ability to work as part of a team;
• Organizational skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• A commitment to providing outstanding service to our clients; and
• Computer literacy, including MS office, Adobe, LEAP, video conferencing, the PIC portal, and general electronic document retention and facilitation.
