Senior Solicitor - Personal Injury

Randstad are currently looking for a Senior Solicitor - Personal Injury to join a well-established, reputable private law firm in Erina, NSW. If you are immediately available or approaching the end of your current contract, please APPLY NOW.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

• Progressing and resolving Personal Injury files across workers compensation, public liability, motor vehicle accidents and TPD claims.
• Full-Time Position located in Erina, New South Wales
• Support from other senior lawyers
• Conduct initial client meetings, including taking new enquiry calls and in-person consultations, to build strong relationships and assess the viability of potential cases
• Responsible for carriage of matters, brief counsel, manage client relationships, attend court, and build strong client relationships.
• Preparing legal documentation with a high degree of attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor of Laws with a current practising certificate
• At least 5 years post-admission experience in Personal Injury. Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in the areas of Personal Injury, Public Liability or Work Injury Damage Matters
• Ability to work autonomously, manage a varied case load and run a practice without much supervision
• Strong technical and communication skills
