We specialize in private and semi-private training programs designed for general fitness, strength and conditioning, and rehabilitation. Our dedicated clients seek the latest protocols, a personalized approach, and a supportive environment that yields real results and transforms their overall health. We are a multidisciplinary health team with an exercise physiologist on site and close links to a local medical practice.
Who are we looking for? This is a rare opportunity for a Personal Trainer with enthusiasm and positivity, who will play a vital role in expanding our client base, boosting our social media presence, and manage our valued clientele. We are looking for someone with a true passion for fitness and a flexible mindset to leverage the power of exercise to empower individuals to become stronger and healthier. Initially, the position will be casual, but for motivated candidates, there is the opportunity for career progression.
Qualifications and experience:
- Certificate 3 & 4 in fitness
- Valid First aid and CPR certificate
- Capacity to work autonomously with clients and collaboratively within a team
- Sound understanding of biomechanics and anatomy, with the ability to personalize and modify workouts appropriately for the individual
- A genuine passion and enjoyment for your own training and the clients
- Be as passionate at self improvement and education as fitness
- Experience in social media platforms desirable
Responsibilities
- Providing quality one one-on-one and semi-private training sessions
- Developing individualised training programs for clients
- Actively contribute to expanding clientele
- Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms
- Administration duties including responding to emails and phone calls
