We at DynamicRecov are here to put the ‘personal’ back into personal training. We are embarking on a journey to create a community of like minded individuals that can come together with a central goal of providing a service like no other. 

The social media age has created an array of misinformation which has sparked controversy and confusion in the lives of those that do not live and breathe health and fitness. Coming on board will provide you with the opportunity to break down the barriers people face when it comes to quality information for their health and fitness needs. 

As a candidate for this position you will be providing a service to our clients based around their location. You may be invited into clients homes or parks that are nearby their residential address. This provides you the opportunity to get more involved in their lifestyle making a greater impact!

Background and introduction

Within this role you will become part of your clients lifestyle providing exercise based interventions near or within their homes. As a result you will be required to hold a QLD drivers licence to get to your clients that we provide for you. 

Becoming part of this team will gain you access to our growing community of like minded individuals that will help you grow as a trainer and health and fitness expert. We are looking for candidates that have a passion for what they do and can deliver that within a 1:1 and community based setting as we aim to move towards a large audience. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

Being part of this team will require you to step up as we guide you towards your ideal future within the health and fitness industry.

You will have the responsibility to:

• Provide exercise based interventions to our clients
• Program delivery and execution
• Nutritional guidance
• Lifestyle management

Selection Criteria

We are looking for passionate individuals that are looking to make a difference in the lives of others. Individuals who are seeking a change in the health and fitness industry and feel like they can make an impact with our growing community. You will be required to hold:

• Current QLD drivers licence
• Current certificate III & IV or
• Bachelors of exercise and sports science or
• Health science
