About the Role:
As a Pest Control Technician at with us, you will be responsible for inspecting premises, identifying pest infestations, and implementing targeted treatment plans to eliminate pests safely and efficiently. You will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a dedicated team, delivering high-quality Pest Control services to residential and commercial customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem.
- Develop and implement customized Pest Control treatment plans based on the type of pest, severity of infestation, and client preferences.
- Apply approved pesticides and treatment methods in accordance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Educate clients on preventive measures and best practices to minimize future pest problems.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered, including inspection reports, treatment logs, and client communication.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective service delivery, including scheduling appointments and coordinating resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends, Pest Control techniques, and product innovations through ongoing training and professional development.
Position Requirements:
- Previous experience in Pest Control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Possession of a valid Pest Control license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
