About the Opportunity
We are seeking a driven PET/Nuclear Medicine Technologist who is looking for a new challenge. This is a Full-time position based in our Brisbane clinics, with opportunity to work across Australia!
You will:
- First and foremost, provide compassionate patient care, taking responsibility for patient welfare and confidentiality
- Perform a range of Nuclear Medicine, PET and CT procedures, to produce images of the highest diagnostic quality possible
- Interpret nuclear medicine requests and perform appropriate procedures in accordance with relevant legislation and department policies
- Commit to continuous improvement by maintaining current knowledge and upskilling in new techniques/advances
Alongside your passion for patient-centered care and qualifications in Medical Radiation Science (Nuclear Medicine), you are a dedicated team player who consistently gives 100%.
You will also have:
- Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to work autonomously with outstanding time management
- High attention to detail
- Current Queensland Radiation Use Licence (or the ability to attain one)
- AHPRA registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Valid working rights in Australia
