About Your New Role
As our Pharmacist Implementation & Change Specialist, you will play a pivotal role and collaborate closely with the Health Programs, Capability and Operations teams. The primary focus of this role is to lead the development and implementation of systems and processes for the successful execution of the Queensland Community Pharmacy full scope pilot.
Working under the guidance of our Chief Pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work with local pharmacy owners, pharmacists and broader teams to deliver a robust change management program aligned with the objectives of the QCP Full Scope Pilot.
- Provide timely feedback to the broader support centre team on progress and areas for change and adjustment.
- Inspire and motivate TWC pharmacists to enrol in, and complete appropriate prescriber qualifications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead initiatives to position TerryWhite Chemmart as market leaders in pharmacist prescribing.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements to ensure TWC remains at the forefront of innovative pharmacy practices.
About You

- An experienced community pharmacist, with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to self-manage, motivated by completing tasks accurately and on time.
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure as part of a team and communicate effectively to all stakeholders with great attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Can build professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels to ensure role effectiveness.

Please note this role is a 12-month position with the possibility to extend, and regular travel required through North and South-East Queensland.
