SalaryWe are looking for a motivated and driven Pharmacist to take the next step in their career and join our team at Harrington Waters Pharmacy and Harrington Beach Pharmacy as the Pharmacist In Charge on a casual/contract basis. The Team is extremely experienced and are creating a strong Team first culture within the Pharmacy, which will continue to develop with a great PIC to join the Team.
The Role & Responsibilities:
- In this role you will be the PIC and will lead a team in store
- Deliver our retail and health-care vision to our valued customers
- Drive outstanding customer service, providing counselling to clients on their use of medications, natural remedies, over the counter products and other related services as necessary.
- Rotating weekends

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA (essential)
- Have had previous Retail and Health Pharmacy experience
- Vaccination accreditation desirable, however not mandatory
- Be a charismatic leader with strong interpersonal skills
- Be passionate about delivering exemplary patient care, professional health services, and customer care
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Have a results driven focus to achieve clear KPIs
