SalaryAn opportunity has become available for a motivated pharmacist to join our small BG Discount Pharmacy team as the pharmacist
In this role you will be working as the sole pharmacist along side a regular pharmacy technician or intern and a pharmacy assistant to provide a great customer experience, advice and education on health products, provision of health screening services, timely and relevant advice and coordinating the dispensary function.
We are privately owned and are not a chain/warehouse group.
Only minutes from the beach, no weekends or evening shifts and a 36hr week!
Hours required are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm (days are negotiable, hours are not)

Your role will focus on:
- Maintaining and building relationships and trust with patients, healthcare providers and other stakeholders in the community through open and interactive communication
- Keeping up to date with new medications and treatments
- Maintenance of the dispensary, including stock control and record keeping
- PBS Claims management
- Supervising the our Webster packing program
- Safe provision of pharmacotherapy program
- Oversee aspects of the pharmacy, including personnel and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
