Job Specification:
Full-time Pharmacy Manager to lead this small team within a private hospital. Your main duties will incude overseeing all the daily operational activities within the pharmacy while continuously improving its clinical and pharmacy services. This is a great opportunity to enhance your leadership skills by managing a small team consisting of only 1 other pharmacist and a technician. With a light script trade (Fred Dispense) and a small team, this posiiton is also suited to experienced community pharmacy managers seeking a different environment.
Skills Required:
- Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
- Previous managerial skills (Highly regarded).
- Previous hospital experience is desirable.
- Clear communication skills.
- Efficient operating skills.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Can motivate and guide others around you.
