A Compounding Pharmacist for a community based Pharmacy located in the North East Suburb of Melbourne.

The pharmacy is a multi service Pharmacy, and your role, leading the Compounding team, plays an important role in the ongoing success of this Pharmacy. Working under an experienced Pharmacy Manager and a handpicked mentor, you will deliver outstanding healthcare services to an established and well-regarded, community pharmacy. You will also enjoy a structured onboarding experience, on-the-job training and development, plus a clear career pathway within their network of pharmacies.
The Role:
* Focus on the clinical care side of community pharmacy through their Care Clinics
* Share your passion for a particular health area eg. Diabeties, Health and Fitness etc.
* Join their Accelerator program to enhance your leadership and management skills
* Prepare prescriptions accurately and in compliance with the highest health care standards
* Actively counsel and advise customers on prescribed and over-the-counter medications and their medical conditions
* Enjoy the latest stock management technology and structure your workflow with their customer app
* Uphold all QCPP, and relevant policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.

* You are passionate about compounding in community pharmacy, and are looking to expand your service offerings, particularly in clinical care.

* To be considered for this role you must have a current General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA.
