The role is responsible for the provision of a broad range of clinical Pharmacy servicesto the facilities within Metro South Health through Logan - Beaudesert Health Pharmacy Services, while undertaking components of research and education both to multidisciplinary teams and to pharmacy staff whilst identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining medication safety systems within the allocated area of work
About You:

- Communicate effectively with carers, hospital and community pharmacies, general practitioners, case managers and nursing homes

- Have demonstrated clinical leadership experience and skills with a ‘can do' attitude
- Be highly accountable and display a supportive and engaging style
- Research current and future medication management issues in the LBHS
- Assume the role as designated clinical educator
