JOB DETAILS:In this position you will deliver high level clinical pharmacy services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to stakeholders / customers of Queensland Health. Providing leadership and high-level pharmacy services to patients with a complex and varied workload; with a high degree of independence and initiative; to develop services and promote and maintain best practice care to patients.
- Rural Queensland setting - generous relocation package available for eligible candidates $$$
- Permanent HP4 contract
- Salary from $124,000 - $134,000

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Pharmacology
- QLD Health experience is ideal but not essential
- Relevant licensing & registration with AHPRA
- Police check (within the past 6 months)
- Working with Children Check (blue card)
- Driver’s Licence
- Evidence of relevant qualifications
- Evidence of Australian work rights (current visa or birth certificate)
- Full working rights in Australia

- Must have senior hospital experience, open to regional & rural Queensland
