We are looking for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team at Eddie’s Pharmacy. Our team are always ready to provide 5-star customer service to help improve the health of their local community. If you have the same passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you!
About the role
This is an important role within our team and will be responsible for:
- Providing the highest standard of service and care to our customers
- Assisting customers with general inquiries and product recommendations
- Ensuring the smooth running of the retail area
- Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels
- Assisting with ordering products, merchandising, displays and home delivery
- Assisting with general admin and supporting the team as required
- Assisting in dispensary and Webster pack service
This is a full time role, 30-38 hours per week on a fixed term contract with the ideal candidate to join in April.
The pharmacy is open 7 days a week and shifts will vary across our opening hours which may include late nights, weekends and public holidays.
What we are looking for
- Experience in Pharmacy is a must
- Certificate II is preferred but not essential.
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be a positive and supportive member of the team
- Computer skills & good understanding of Point of Sale systems
- Strong cash handling skills and experience
- Willing to be trained and keen to advance your career in pharmacy
