Pharmacy 4 Less Jesmond are looking for a dynamic and hard-working Pharmacy Intern to join our great team.
We can offer sponsorship if needed either as a Training Visa or Business Sponsorship Visa to the right candidate.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support the dispensing Pharmacist through the performance of clerical duties in a timely and accurate manner.
- Remain up to date with on-going issues affecting the dispensary.
- Assist in accurate dispensing of medication
- Pack pharmaceuticals for dispatch from the Pharmacy and repackage under Pharmacist Supervision.
- Maintain patient records in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide Professional patient counselling.
- Provide continuous support and assistance to the schedule counter and other areas
- Assist in the Preparation of Dose Administration Aid packs for community patients
- Support and encourage Generic Medication selection
- Assist in the ordering and updating of stock
- Participate professional services such as Clinical interventions and Meds Checks.
- Assist in sorting and finalising the claim
Skills and Experience
- Currently enrolled in 4th Year Pharmacy Degree
- Sound understanding of general pharmacy product knowledge
- Experience in Dispensing
- Experience in preparation of Dose Administration Aid packs ideal
- Experience in Community Pharmacy
- Has great communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Loves working as part of a team
- Has a passion for Pharmacy and helping others
