A fantastic opportunity is available for an energetic, highly organised and hands on full-time Retail Manager to drive the dynamic team at a well-known pharmacy brand in the Campbelltown/Camden area to success.
As our new Retail Manager with a minimum 5 years’ experience in Retail Management (or similar responsibilities) you will set the bar high when it comes to our customer's experiences! Your passion for community pharmacy and customer service will shine in all of your interactions and you will be a true leader in this space! Together working with our Owners, Pharmacy Students and Pharmacy Assistants in our pharmacy you will be managing the stock, promotions and executions, building amazing relationships with our clientele, and love interacting with people from all walks of life. You will also deliver exceptional customer experience with the added benefit of helping people live healthier lives.

You'll support the achievement of our brand’s vision and purpose by leading the team to achieve the store's financial and customer experience targets and promote our brand as the destination for Health and Beauty. Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Help inspire and lead the store team to deliver a customer focused shopping experience for every customer, every time
- Make our customers fall in love with our products through your flair for visual merchandising and creating an inviting and product focused environment
- Be responsible for maximising sales and controlling store expenses including wages and shrinkage through a strong understanding of rostering over 20 staff, financial reports, ensuring profitable store operations
- Lead by example and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of loss prevention, and health & safety
- Demonstrate a flair for executing marketing campaigns and a commitment to growing our customer loyalty program
- Provide your team with support and guidance in the area of training and development in the pursuit for continuous improvement
Our Retail Managers set the bar when it comes to our customer’s experience in store.
To be successful in this leading role, our ideal candidate will have significant retail experience, preferable within a pharmacy setting. You will have a passion for retail, a strong eye for merchandising and precise attention to detail. To help motivate your team to success you will ideally have previous experience leading and contributing to a dynamic team.
Your passion for beauty, health and wellbeing coupled with your ability to provide exceptional leadership will see you excel in this role. You will also possess the following experience/attributes:
- A minimum of 5 years retail experience
- Demonstrated leadership/supervisor experience in a retail environment
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills at all levels
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to work late nights and weekends

Skills
- Previous management experience is preferred, and Pharmacy experience will be highly regarded, but not essential
