Blooms the Chemist Queanbeyan is looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team of pharmacy assistants.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Deliver a consistent customer experience for every customer, where they will receive a warm welcome, be provided with exceptional service and advice, and a heartfelt farewell
- Ensure implementation and effective management of the Pharmacy Regulations and Requirements to ensure the highest standards of governance, compliance and ethics
- Lead and manage the team to ensure they have the appropriate capability and commitment to deliver the customer experience and brand promise
- Lead and manage the team in maintaining a high standard of the stores presentation
- Promote and drive professional pharmacy services and make connections for customers to the programs to increase participation
- Prevent and reduce shrinkage by following policies and procedures in relation to security and stock management
- Ensure ongoing development of personal skills/knowledge to enhance continuous improvement
About you:
- The successful applicant will have Retail Manager experience or extensive community pharmacy experience and demonstrate the ability to lead
- Ability to work autonomously
- Have great communication skills
- Have experience with stock management
- Be willing to undertake further qualifications including certificates in community pharmacy and retail management
