The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Sales Representative to join our Consumer Healthcare team on a permanent full-time basis. 

Reporting to the NSW State Sales Manager the primary purpose of this position is to achieve or exceed sales objectives and goals while establishing collaborative partnerships with key pharmacies within the assigned territory. 

Key accountabilities include:

• Achieve sales objectives and agreed call frequency (6 pharmacy calls per day over 4 days) with country trips every 4-6 weeks. 
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key personnel within the pharmacy environment.
• Developing territory plans that demonstrate an understanding of territory and initiatives to achieve results.
• Developing, maintaining and applying a high level of product knowledge and pharmacy business knowledge.

About You

To be successful in this role you will possess previous experience as a Sales Representative including:

• Previous experience in Consumer Healthcare (FMCG or Pharmacy Sales would also be considered).
• A customer focused approach and the ability to build rapport and develop relationships.
• Solid commercial negotiation skills and the ability to influence others. 
• Strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities at the one time.
• Ability to analyse data/market information and to draw actionable insights from the analysis.
• Strong communication skills.
