Our extensive range of products cover Haircare, Skincare, Fragrance, Bath & Body, Gifting, as well as Heath related products found in Pharmacy.
Based North of the Harbour up to Hornsby you will manage existing accounts over a 6-8 week cycle across the City, Northern Beaches, the Northern Suburbs of Sydney and the Southern Central Coast. Country trips may require 5 days to complete. This role includes all facets of brand building and developing business at store level. Focusing mainly on Pharmacy you will be responsible for:
- Management of existing clients and developing new opportunities.
- Driving sales to exceed targets.
- Providing exceptional customer service and product representation.
- Promoting new products, promotional items and services to existing and new clients.
- Taking orders and maintaining customer details in our field sales program (Inzant).
To be considered for the role, you will need:
- A proven ability to develop and maintain a structured call cycle.
- A sound knowledge and competence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- An ability to work independently.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- A strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving sound financial results.
- A minimum two years’ experience in either an in-store Retail Management or Field Account Manager role.
- A current Australian Driver's License and your own vehicle.
