Seeking a driven and results-oriented National Key Account Manager to drive growth through building strong relationships and strategic partnerships with key wholesaler and retailer partners. Business Degree required.

Our client is a flexible and innovative leader in the Pharamcy (FMCG) industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to consumers. They are seeking a driven and results-oriented National Key Account Manager to join their team and drive growth through building strong relationships and strategic partnerships with key national pharmacy wholesaler and retailer partners.

Key Responsibilities:

As the National Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with Key Accounts in the FMCG sector. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, targeting, and acquiring new Key Accounts whilst building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing Key Accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Developing strategic relationships with key wholesaler and retail partners.
  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, distribution, and promotional activities meet customer needs.
  • Monitoring market trends and competition to make data-driven recommendations and adjustments.
  • Providing regular reporting and analysis on account performance, sales, and market trends.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Sales experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals ideally in Key Account management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong experience working in strategic partnerships within national pharmacy wholesalers, distributors & banner groups.
  • Proven experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business.
