What does a Sales Representative Do?A Sales Representative;
- Calls on Retail Pharmacies according to a pre-determined call plan
- Details new and existing products to Pharmacists, Retail Buyers & Pharmacy Assistants
- Conducts training sessions during the call
- Makes sure their brands are well presented at shelf and build displays
- Most importantly, ensures our retail customers love our brands as much as we do!
With a love of people interaction and business, some good Sales Representatives find their way into sales management positions.
Some expand their horizons into other industries including medical, while others are very happy to have it lead them into a lifetime career representing brands they love and customers they care for. The choice really is yours and there's no timeframe on making any decision.
Have you got the goods?A degree in Economics, Commerce or Accounting would be a good sign that you have an interest in business, but they aren't the only signs but you genuinely need to have an interest in business to be a great Sales Representative.
Alternatively you might already be working in Pharmacy and feel you're ready to take a step up and challenge yourself.

Where is the role located?The role of a Sales Representative means you're out on the road 4 and a half days in each week. The other half day is the Friday afternoon sales meeting.
The territory covered is the Gold Coast and there is country travel one week each month. Regional Trips – Cairns, Rockhampton and Townsville.
