The Opportunity: 
This role is responsible for providing field force leadership on the execution of the Arrotex strategic pillars by executing prescription sales and Marketing strategies through developing relationships and business priorities with key pharmacies, buying groups and their regional field sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
 
You will be seen as a trusted advisor for your Territory Managers and you will drive a significant contribution to the success and delivery of the commercial objective by leveraging all of Arrotex resources to maximise sales across Queensland.
This will include:

  • Leadership and management of the Queensland Regional Sales Team.
  • Internal and external collaboration and support of cross-functional, customer focussed Regional Sales plans.
  • Analysing sales performance to targets, driving sales growth.
  • Being customer facing.
  • Executing on new product launch initiatives.
  • Promoting prescription product portfolio with both established and new products.
  • Demonstrating business acumen, market knowledge, and ability to make strategic and tactical decisions and choices to increase sales within the pharmacy. 
  • Participate in group wide account management initiatives.
  • Coaching and mentoring your Territory Managers to ensure continued career development, growth and high-level of engagement.
  
Key Skills and Requirements  
  • Proven ability to manage high performing Regional Sales Teams
  • Demonstrated skills in achieving sales, profitability, and budget goals.
  • Ability to effectively implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to understand trade spending effectiveness (efficiency of promotional activity is preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to interface and demonstrate leadership both internally and externally.
  • High-energy self-starter as well as collaborative team player.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally internally and with customers.
  • Demonstrated commitment to building strong business relationships with customers.
  • Competency to navigate with internal systems (i.e. CRM, Data extraction tools & BI tools).
