You will be working in a supportive team environment where training will be provided on site.
This role will require you to work as part of a growing team
The successful applicant will be responsible for
- Packaging of products for postage and entering details into the parcel portal
- Communicating with patients via phone and passing on to the relevant staff member
- Taking payments over the phone
- Working in an organized manner
- Working as a team or independently
- Dispensing medications

- Manage and enhance patient relationships, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
- Coordinate patient enquires with pharmacists
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with team members for payments and dealing with patient concerns.
- Regular reporting on patient feedback and care outcomes.
- Provide support in administrative tasks related to patient coordination.
