Position:
This Pharmacy Technician role is within a Supply-Chain 3PL Logistics division, you will be working within a high-end facility Warehouse functioning the movements of medicines to hospitals, universities, manufacturing, CROs, clinical trials and much more.
This role is ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the medicines dispensed and sent off are accurately ticked off from a Pharmacy Technician. You will follow a standard process to sign off and send the dispensed medicines as requested.
Duties include:
- Responding to order requests for medicines
- Follow a standard operating procedure to send and dispense
- Verify and sign off of medicines and pharmaceuticals
- Authorise storage and release of shipments
- Support the supply chain and logistics activities
- Adhere to SOP's and guidelines for correct handling
- Ensure smooth transition of goods in and out
- Make sure correct documentation and labelling is adhered
- Identify and report on any issues or problems
- Working along side other managers and a Deputy Pharmacist
- Communicating with client recipients on email and phone
- Lifting and moving of boxes, up to 20kg

The experience you need:
To be considered for this role you need experience as a PHARMACY TECHNICIAN or anything related in pharmacy, pharmacist, dispensary, compounding, lab work or any other related aspects to where you have performed similar duties to verifying and dispensing pharmaceuticals.
It is an advantage if you have experience within a logistics, transport, supply-chain or warehousing background.
