Our pharmacies are currently seeking qualified and experienced Pharmacy Technicians to join our team.
Duties - What does a Pharmacy Technician do?
This role is integral to the success of Terrywhite Chemmart Australind being seen as the health advice destination and pharmacy of choice to our customers. To provide the best quality service to our customers, Pharmacy Technicians are responsible and accountable for the efficient and accurate dispensing of medicines, packing of dosage administration aids, and administrative support in the dispensary.
• Replenish stock and coordinate stock movement into the dispensary
• Prepare prescriptions promptly
• Pack Dose administration Aids
• Atten all required meeting
• Make recommendations to customers at times, within your training level and experience
Required skills and experience
• Completed a Diploma of Pharmacy Studies or higher education in the related field
• Have at least 2 to 3 years of work experience
• Precise attention to detail - a knack for administration is the key to success
• Strong in written and verbal communication
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Committed to continued professional development and training
