A few of your responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role conducting thorough due diligence, handling compliance tasks independently, and making informed decisions on complex issues.
- As part of the due diligence process, effectively collate, analyse and evaluate complex information from a range of sources including commercial and open-source databases.
- Streamline and execute effective onboarding processes for new Clients, promoting a smooth integration into the business.
- Conduct complex due diligence in accordance with both the AML/CTF Program and the mandatory ECDD Standing Operating Procedures.
- Organise and coordinate training schedules to optimize learning opportunities and keep the team updated on industry advancements and best practices.
- Regularly review team work to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years’ experience working in a due diligence, intelligence, investigative or compliance related environment.
- High level research, analytical critical thinking skills and the proven ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Comprehensive understanding relevant statutory compliance and reporting requirements
- Management experience if applied, leading and coaching team members.
