Located in Mascot our client is a global leader in the freight transport and logistics Industry with multiple sites across the globe.
About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Officer with HR or Rewards & Recognition experience to join their rapidly expanding team based in Mascot. This is a 6-12month temporary project, with a potential to extend.
Working within the Rewards & Recognitions Business Unit, you will be required to provide a wide range of administration and business support to the Manager and team to achieve organisational objectives. Responsibilities
- Deliver professional customer service, responding to events related enquiries
- Complete diary and calendar management
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events
- Coordinate team training sessions and materials
- Logistics coordination including communications, invitations, catering, venues, certificates, prizes, awards, equipment and overall presentation
- Preparation of documentation, presentation material and reports
- Administer the National Recognition Program and Celebration Awards Ceremony
- Track, monitor and report on event attendance and participation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- 3+ years Administration experience
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Impeccable communication skills both verbal and written
- MS office including strong powerpoint and excel skills
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Ability to commence and commit to the project duration
