About the role
The Philanthropy and Development Specialist coordinates stakeholder engagements including stewardship experiences and produces audience-tailored communications such as proposals and reports to support the growth and Development of major giving, government, and international income at WWF-Australia.
Key Accountabilities (Refer to PD for full list of Key Accountabilities)

• Collaborates across the organisation to gather and synthesise complex information to draft bespoke stakeholder communications including high-quality program updates and acquittal reports, and e-newsletters.
• Coordinates the Philanthropy and Development team's reporting commitments offered to external partners to ensure consistency.
• Maintains reporting schedules and requirements for revenue stakeholders such as philanthropic donors, WWF global Network and international donors, and Corporate Partners to ensure all reports are tailored, high-quality and delivered on time.

• Substantial written communication skills including an ability to create visual and written content.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse groups and deal sensitively with people and personal information.
• A proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a high performing team including competent verbal skills.
