The Role:
The successful applicant will work within a small team providing dedicated service support to our range of Ricoh business office machines and equipment. You will have the support and guidance of our Service and Administrative Teams.
Experience and Skills (desirable but not a deal breaker):
- Solid background in servicing Copier and printer devices, particularly Ricoh, or a strong eagerness to learn.
- Capability to make decisions independently and handle a variety of tasks.
- A versatile skill set, ready to tackle a variety of tasks.
- Professional attitude towards customers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Proactive approach to learning and applying new skills across different printer technologies.

Day to Day Aspect of the Role:
- Building and running up New Multi-function devices
- Installation, Configuration & Operational Training in Hardware & Software
- Diagnostics of Network & Software related issues
- Repair of Multi-Function Devices and Printers
- Preventative Maintenance
- Inventory Management
