Position - Studio Manager

This is a 4 day Full -Time role based Wednesday - Saturday 10hrs days. Enjoy great work life balance with 3 days a week off!
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of our growing Sydney Studio. Ensuring that our clients receive a high level of customer service and daily operational schedules are maintained.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
· Inspire and motivate your team.
· Meeting company standards and achieving weekly & monthly targets.
· Offer 5* customer service by meeting and greeting clients.
· Ensuring photographers and viewing consultants run to schedule.
· Assisting in the administration and customer relations & day to day running of the studio.
· Before and after-sales care.
· Ensuring studio stock levels are maintained.
· Responsible for OH&S.
Who we are looking for?
A well-presented, motivated and driven individual, you are a natural leader who is able to thrive on maximising the potential of your team of photographer, image consultant & customer service. As well as being able to recognise the needs of customers, you'll be adept at providing a high level of customer service and be a great communicator.
You're a reliable team player and have the ability to work autonomously whilst dealing efficiently and thoroughly with the full service process. Quick to initiate solutions, you'll thrive in a business that has real, unique value to offer its customers.
A confident, engaging and positive personality is vital.
Experience in management and leadership is essential. Sales experience is highly desirable.
