Form of workPosition Profile: We are currently seeking to appoint a Physiotherapist.
In consultation with the Senior Physiotherapist plans, implements and evaluates physiotherapy services and relevant primary health programs across the continuum of care to the communities serviced by the Avon and Central Wheatbelt Primary Health Service.
