The Role

In this role you will focus on making a difference to your client's lives, not just getting them out of acute pain. You will learn communication and health change skills to connect with your clients and will improve their lives with the skills you possess.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Manage and build on our large existing client base by developing a loyal caseload
• Build relationships with local referrers, including GP's, personal trainers, sporting teams and specialists
• Provide a holistic approach to client care via the identification of the underlying injury causes with a focus on optimal lifelong physical health
• Demonstrate a commitment to improving your knowledge and clinical skills
• Have fun in a supportive team culture
• Enjoy your work and who you work with

About you

The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills and be a good team player. We expect that our staff are enthusiastic and driven in their pursuit for knowledge and development. You will be a passionate Physiotherapist who:

• Is interactive and enjoys adding value to patients’ lives
• Has strong interpersonal skills and is a great communicator
• Is passionate about physiotherapy and continuing education
• Is confident, driven and motivated
• Has a focus on learning, growth and diversity (through professional development)
• Has a mature and flexible approach to work
• AHPRA registration and qualification in Physiotherapy;

The successful applicant may be early career, or an experienced clinician. Most importantly, they will be friendly, have excellent communication skills, and be a good team player who is passionate about private practice. We expect that our staff are driven in their pursuit for knowledge and development and always aspiring to achieve great clinical outcomes for our patients.
