AddressWe are inviting general AHPRA registered physiotherapists seeking a full-time Mobile role in Aged Care to cover multiple sites across Sydney, for unplanned absences, annual leave, maternity leave, etc. The ideal candidate will display the following characteristics:
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality care to aged-care residents
- Is respectful of resident confidentiality, rights, cultural beliefs, and privacy
- Can work individually and within a multi-disciplinary team setting
- Can develop and evaluate patient care plans, and formulate functional health assessments for new residents
- Can demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as concise, professional documentation
- Can provide pain management and reablement interventions
- Can provide restorative care and rehabilitative treatments
- Can implement falls prevention strategies
- Can complete falls reviews, mobility reviews, initial assessments and general physiotherapy reviews to a high degree
- AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist with tertiary qualifications required
- Understanding of working with elderly residents in a residential care setting
