About the role:
This opportunity is perfect for Physiotherapists who are looking to work in a dynamic, supportive, and flexible environment. With a commitment to work-life balance, our client offers 4.5 billable hours per day, allowing for 9-day fortnights and other flexible working arrangements. The caseload is mixed, offering variety and the opportunity to specialize based on preference. The role involves community-based, face-to-face client visits, with the chance to work with NDIS clients across the lifespan.
Key Perks:
- Salary ranging from $80K - $110K + superannuation
- $1,500 per year CPD allowance, with encouragement to share learning with the team
- Weekly alternating supervision sessions, both internally and with an external supervisor, with extra funded supervision if desired
- Low KPI focus to ensure quality over quantity in patient care
- Car allowance provided for community visits
- Team lunches every Friday and a paid day off on your birthday
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- AHPRA registration
- Minimum 1+ year postgraduate experience with NDIS clients
- Drivers license and vehicle
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
