The Industrial Athlete team has a part time or full time role available working with the team that keeps Australia's Major Airline carrier moving.
We are looking for senior physiotherapist with proven clinical skills and a passion for injury prevention.
Our job Role opportunity includes :
- Senior level therapist with excellent renumeration

- Lead projects with wearable tech to drive results
- Manage injuires and provide fitness work outcomes
- Conduct Pre Employement medicals and specialised assessments
About the role
We are looking for a senior level physiotherapist to lead our Onsite Physiotherapy program and drive health and safety initiatives. The role is dynamic and unique working to create better health outcomes for all industrial athletes.
We have options for a full-time positions with leadership opportunities or part-time positions working directly at client sites.
Key Roles
- Assess, treat and manage injuries
- Screen risk to catch and manage injuries early
- Deliver custom training and education sessions
- Empower industrial athletes to take ownership of their health and safety
- Use world leading wearable technology to drive innovation
- Build relationships with shift supervisors, and on site safety leaders
- Foster a safety focused workplace health and safety culture
- Participate in injury management and safety meetings
About You
- Physiotherapy degree
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 2 years musculoskeletal experience preferred
- Proven track record of working in sports or Occupational Health teams
- Great communicator
- Positive and engaging attitude
- Proactive and results focused
