We have a purpose-built training facility in Camberwell for our staff members where we host clinical seminars and workshops for our clinicians and students. We are invested in developing you into a leading clinician and give you every opportunity to grow into leading roles throughout our locations.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- A great variety caseload including private MSK clients, sports rehab, post-surgical, NDIS (neuro & paediatrics) and many more!
- We give you the right space to treat how you feel is best for your client with guidance from your team members - no ultrasounds, gimmicks, fancy machines or products that don't work.
- Combination of morning, evenings and Saturday morning shifts required, although flexible to requirements, if you are currently involved in sports training or another role.
- Regular professional development & clinical mentoring included with your role.
- For new grads, we can offer gradual increase in hours to allow you to ease into private practice - we ensure you are well-supported in your role and allowing you to adjust to your clinical responsibilities.

- Part-time Physiotherapist/Osteopath in Western Suburbs (Braybrook, Taylors Hill, Derrimut clinics) - minimum hours required flexible
- Part-time Physiotherapist/Osteopath in CBD Clinic (2-3x days minimum)
- Part-time Physiotherapist/Osteopath in Camberwell Clinic (2-3x days minimum)
LATE JULY/AUG 2024 STARTS (suitable for new grads)
- Part-time Physiotherapist/Osteopath in Western Suburbs (Braybrook, Taylors Hill, Derrimut clinics) - minimum hours required flexible
- Part-time Physiotherapist/Osteopath in Camberwell Clinic (3x days minimum)
- Part-time Physiotherapist/Osteopath in CBD Clinic (2-3x days minimum)
CLINICIAN GROWTH AT PRIMAL PHYSIOTHERAPY
Our goals lay in developing clinicians who are able to deliver a high standard of care for their communities, contribute to team learning and enjoying the work that they do.
- Extensive internal professional development on a weekly basis so that your skills and knowledge are constantly being developed and updated. Not only do we schedule weekly team PD, but in additional to this, we have weekly team case study discussion sessions and regular mentoring sessions based on your clinical needs. In total, we invest more time into our clinicians than your standard private practice.
- External PD funds offered for new grads to ensure that your learning is continued outside of work and encourage you to access information and skills in your areas of interest.
- Salary-based role with the intention to offer high and sustainable bases as your career develops. There are opportunities for internal advancements based on the development of your skillsets. Be safe and secure in your role, in knowing you have a great base which increases with your tenure and clinical impact.
