AddressEnriching Health is a thriving and rapidly growing allied health provider who was established in 2023 alongside BCHP, a functional group and personal training gym which has been operating out of our Panania studio since 2021. We are seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join our team to fill the role of manual therapy and rehabilitation for our expanding NDIS participant and general population client base. You will work closely with our team of Exercise Physiologists to deliver services within our studio.

We specialise in 1:1 and semi private rehabilitation for private patients, NDIS participants and Medicare. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one consultations, tailoring rehab programs to meet individual needs and goals.
- Work closely with NDIS participants and support coordinators, providing expert guidance and support to enhance health and well-being. These sessions are conducted in a 1:1 or small group setting.
- Perform home visits for clients who require transportation assistance or cannot leave home.
- Ability to create content about physiotherapy techniques/principles to post for marketing and internal educational purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher qualification in physiotherapy
- Accreditation with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or equivalent
- Strong ability to apply physiotherapy principles and rehabilitation techniques to NDIS participants.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to perform home visits.

This will be a Contractor role that will begin as 1 day per week and grow to full time over the space of 3-4 months (5 maximum). We are ideally seeking someone that is looking for some time flexibility and the opportunity to work alongside a high performing and fast growing team. The rate of pay will be a day rate plus commission and there is a lot of flexibility on how we utilise the space and the times we run physiotherapy sessions.
Content creation experience is desired but not necessary.
