Our Physiotherapy Department provides services to a broad range of clinical caseloads across the hospital including adult inpatients in the acute wards, inpatient rehabilitation, day rehabilitation, and outpatients. Your key duties will be the planning, implementation and evaluation of physiotherapy treatment programs for clients in the relevant work areas.
Our team prides itself on exceeding Ramsay’s high standard of care with a professional and positive attitude. In this role you will have support from and report to Senior Physiotherapists.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a positive team orientated focus and have a passion for client care. You will have exceptional communication skills and be committed to providing a high standard of customer-focused service. This position requires someone with flexibility and the ability work in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should be available for occasional overnight on-call and weekend shifts.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy qualification.
- Current unconditional registration with AHPRA.
- Recent experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Proven ability to independently manage a patient caseload.
- Demonstrated excellent organisational skills and effective communication skills with a multi-disciplinary team.
- A commitment to personal professional development and departmental service improvement.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience within acute hospital setting AND/ OR
- Experience within outpatient MSK setting
Remuneration
Base Hourly rate ranging from - P02.1 - P03.3 - $38.40 - $56.36 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
