Summary of the role:
Exciting opportunity for a passionate Grade 2 Women’s Health Physiotherapist to provide clinical care in Women’s Health including maternity services. The role ensures quality, woman-centred physiotherapy care and liaises closely with the multidisciplinary teams ensuring excellence in women’s health.
- Grade 2 Women’s Health Physiotherapist based in the friendly supportive physiotherapy team at Werribee Mercy Hospital
- Part-time (0.2 EFT Wednesdays) fixed contract (April 2024 to 12/3/25)
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams in providing quality, evidence based, person-centred, women’s health physiotherapy
- A strong learning culture, team support and a robust supervision framework
- Only 20mins from the Westgate Bridge, onsite parking and walking distance from Hoppers Crossing train station
ABOUT YOU:
- Recognised Degree in Physiotherapy, current, full AHPRA physiotherapy registration and relevant qualification in Continence and Women’s Health
- Clinical skills and experience in women’s health and proven supervision capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and practices with a high level of integrity and professionalism
- High level working knowledge of current evidence based practices and a commitment to continuous quality improvement and professional development of self and others
- Enthusiastic, friendly, flexible, dedicated, team-oriented
