- Diary management, emails and coordinating meetings
- File management
- Scheduling of appointments
- Preparing briefs to counsel
- Liaising with clients
- Dictaphone typing
- Billing
- General secretarial duties
- 2+ years experience in plaintiff Personal Injury - Workers Compensation
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail
- Strong team player
- Excellent typing skills and proficient in MS Office
