Pick-Packer/Forklift Operator

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking pick-packers to join our client’s warehouse team in Gillman. You will be responsible for a range of picking and packing tasks, including loading/unloading trucks, picking orders and palletising products. This role will also require some forklift duties. You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, which requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines. We offer full training and PPE to all our employees. Positions available for day and afternoon shifts.
Duties for this role will include:

• Loading/unloading trucks
• Picking orders and palletising products
• Using RF handheld picking devices
• Operating electric pallet jacks
• General labour tasks, up to 13kgs
• General warehouse duties
• Some forklift operation will be required

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Availability to work day or afternoon shift, weekends, public holidays and overtime.
• Current LF forklift licence
• Experience using RF handheld devices
• Previous pick/packing experience highly regarded.
• Own vehicle and current driver's license.
• Working Rights in Australia 
• Positive, energetic and hardworking attitude.
• Strong focus on safety and good knowledge of safe work practices.
• Able to perform continuous manual handling
• Excellent physical fitness to sustain a repetitive, physical role.
