ConsultANZ is looking for a
Piling Supervisor for our client, a top Piling contractor in Perth. They are growing in 2022 and are actively involved in Civil Infrastructure projects across Western Australia.
Main Duties:
To coordinates activities of workers engaged in piling and ground improvements for structures, such as bridges and retaining walls for earth embankments, such as cofferdams: To Directs workers engaged in operating machines to drive piling and sheets. This includes but is not limited to: - Responsible for ensuring all quality assurance on-site
- Enforcing all OH&S procedures
- Management of Staff and labour of own team and sub-contractors
About You:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience working as a Foreman/Supervisor within the civil infrastructure sector.
- A thorough understanding of the civil works delivery including Piling and ground improvements.
- In-Depth knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental compliances
- A proven track record of mentoring and helping junior members of staff (leading hand etc)
- The ability to work alongside Project Managers to deliver projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Benefits:
