SalaryPizza Chef Position
Our small family business is in need of a hard working and creative Pizza Chef for a seasonal position starting mid-May. Our commercial kitchen caters to a busy beachside Caravan Park, 1.5 hours drive South of Broome.
The kitchen is large and well appointed with a 6 pizza gas fired Valoriani oven, multi speed 30kg dough mixer, large cool room, ingredients fridge, and all pizza equipment necessary. All pizzas are takeaway, and delivered to the park via Ebike. Due to our remote location, provisioning of ingredients is once to twice weekly, so the successful applicant would need to be organised and flexible, and capable of cooking 100 + pizzas on weekend nights in 3 hours of service.
The position is seasonal, from mid-May until the middle of September, 5 days per week. Accommodation is provided, and wages are paid as a casual position in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award.
Barn Hill is an amazing place to live, and with Broome only 1.5 hours drive away, there is plenty to see and do on your days off!
