Let’s talk about the role.

Your main responsibility as a Pizza Chef is to follow instructions in cooking and to deliver well-prepared food items. You will be a part of the kitchen team led by Ross O'Meara our executive chef (who you may have seen on TV, go on google him we’ll wait).

About you

• You’ve got great time management skills
• The ability to perform well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• High regard for personal presentation and appearance
• Calm approach to stressful environments

And of course

• Stoked about doing a snow season

What experience do I need?

• You have worked in a kitchen environment before
• Sound knowledge of OH&S, food safety, employee relations and other compliance requirements
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of basic health and hygiene requirements
