The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity now exists for a talented planning and Environment Lawyer, with at least 2 years' PAE, to join this highly successful team.
This role will see you work across both front-end and back-end planning and environment matters including:
- matters before the planning and environment court (including appeals);
- reviewing, drafting and negotiating infrastructure agreements;
- environmental compliance and environmental litigation;
- due diligence;
- prosecutions for offences; and
- general planning and environment advisory matters.
