As a specialist in Dewatering and Trench Shoring for civil and infrastructure projects, GSS Hire is seeking an experienced Plant Administrator to join our Maddington branch for the Dewatering division.
About the Role
The Plant Administrator is responsible for the coordination of all Dewatering equipment.
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a rising star to join our team.
In this role, you will provide crucial business support and contribute to various projects within the realm of civil construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Completion of Hire Agreements and Customer Hire Contracts
- Monitor hire of all Dewatering equipment
- Providing Assistance to Operations Coordinator
- Assist in coordinating maintenance and repairs of dewatering and pumping equipment
- Manage and maintain service records
- Maintain records of all ongoing dewatering jobs and rental assets
- Assist with preparation of invoices and progress claims
- Good communication & Customer support
- General day to day administration as and when required
Skills & Experience
- Experience in Civil construction or hire industry
- You have a strong customer service ethic, detail oriented and enjoy solving problems
- Strong administrative skills and effective time management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A good working knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
- Experience in Syrinx POS system is desired but not essential
- Competent to work in high-pressured environments and meet deadlines
- The successful applicant will be a highly motivated team player who will enjoy multitasking and working in a busy environment.
