Your new role
Conduct regular reviews of tasks being performed and identify areas for improvement
Ensure tasks are correctly planned and prepared
Ensure employees are educated in the requirements necessary to operate effectively on site
Provide training and feedback to operators with respect to quality
Manage day to day purchasing of equipment and material required for plant operation
Your skills and experience
Degree qualifications in a related field (desirable)
Previous supervisory experience
Commitment to safety and environment processes
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Senior first aid ticket and Forklift ticket (desirable)
