Position:
Plant Operator (Dozer) - Landfill Operations
Location:
Rocklea and Northgate
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery, primarily Dozers, in a landfill environment.
- Ensure efficient and safe movement of waste materials within the landfill site.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to optimize operational processes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid Dozer ticket with demonstrable experience in operating heavy machinery.
- Previous experience in landfill operations is highly desirable. However, candidates willing to learn will also be considered.
- Possession of a White Card (Construction Induction Card) is mandatory.
- Excavator tickets are desirable but not essential.
- Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
