Plant Operator (Fleet & Resources) (Dalby)
About the Opportunity
Based in Dalby, you will assist with civil construction and maintenance works through the skilled operation of Council's plant and other equipment.
Reporting to the Resource Supervisor, you will:
- manage and complete allocated tasks within agreed timeframes;
- create and maintain successful relationships between Council departments and external stakeholders; and
- uphold safe work practices to minimise risks.
About yourself
The successful applicant will have:
- competencies in operating various plant and equipment (heavy machinery preferrable);
- HR (Heavy Rigid) Drivers Licence or higher or willingness to obtain on commencement;
- Work Health and Safety General Construction Induction, White Card; and
- MUTCD, Level 1 and/or 2 (desirable).
