A Day in The Life
Your day to day will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:
Operate ride-on equipment, mechanical plant, and rigid vehicles.
Operate rigid vehicles and trailers.
Perform road, drainage, and civil infrastructure tasks, including earthworks, concrete, pipelaying, bitumen, and vegetation work.
Execute hands-on labour tasks for road and infrastructure maintenance.
Maintain assigned plant daily and collaborate with mechanics for repairs, including pre-start checks.
The Ideal Candidate
Construction Card (White Card)
Minimum MR Drivers Licence
Roller ticket and Front-end loader ticket
Experience in road construction - highly regarded.
Other relevant plant qualifications - highly regarded.
